Denim jacket – The wardrobe staple

Denim jacket – The wardrobe staple

For me a denim jacket (or should I say denim jackets) is a wardrobe staple. This is the piece that I always pull out when spring is approaching – And I wear it through the summer and into fall.

A denim jacket is so versatile and it is one of those pieces that you can use with almost everything. As I´m a huge pants person I love to pair a denim jacket with pants of every color, but I also like to use it with dresses and skirts. One of the best things about denim jackets is the fact that you can dress it up or down.

Winter coats

Winter coats

I am not exaggerating when I say I´m absolutely obsessed with coats this winter. And maybe it is completely understandable as this winter is really a feast for the coat lovers. I mean the choices are endless and the variety is great. I just could keep on adding coats to my wardrobe… seriously!

What I love about the coats this season is the oversize look – it is super comfy. It also makes it so much easier to layer, and I certainly need to layer in wintertime as I´m always cold. So for me this trend is simply perfect.

Chasing waterfalls last summer

Chasing waterfalls last summer

I love to travel and always have, ever since I was a kid. I still remember how excited and lucky I felt the first time I travelled abroad.

This year I had some exciting and very special trips scheduled, and one in particular that I had been looking forward to for almost two years. But due to some tiny invisible virus everything was cancelled or put on hold.

So what do you do when you are trapped on an island in the north where it doesn´t even get that warm during the summer? Yes, you go chasing waterfalls! At least that was one of my hobbies last summer.

LadyBossBlogger Taught Me What I Did Not Know I Needed To Know In The World Of Blogging

The world of blogging might seem like a jungle for many as there are endless options and problems that you face when you enter this world. How do you start and what do you do, and how does this all really work? The truth is that there is no easy and quick way out, you really need to learn all the tricks and work hard.

I have been an editor for an online entertainment magazine for many years, and I actually have a Masters Degree in Publishing and Editing, so I thought I knew a lot about these things. But the world of blogging and everything that comes with it is something quite different. For me, it´s probably more what goes with it that complicates it.

Beautiful hair after fifty

Beautiful hair after fifty

As we get older our hair changes and there is absolutely nothing we can do to reverse that change. But on the other hand, there are plenty of things we can do to work with these changes. With age the hair often gets both finer and thinner, but it can also get thicker in certain places and be extremely hard to manage. It is more common though that the hair gets thinner with age.

Loosing our hair can be a problem as we get older, or the hair gets too curly, too thin at the top, frizzy, lifeless or flat. It can also be a challenge when the hair starts to get grey. It can be really difficult to manage it as the greys usually feel drier, more coarse and wiry.

Send the perfect invitation cards – Do it your way!

Send the perfect invitation cards – Do it your way!

If you are anything like me and love getting beautiful invitation cards to graduations, weddings and parties in your mailbox, then this is something for you.

I think it is so much more personal and classy to hold a beautiful card in your hand with an invitation than getting the invite online or via phone call.

It´s even so appropriate now to let your friends and family know about your child´s graduation, and send a card with a photo of the graduate student. And even invite to a party later on.

Designing them my way

I have found the most beautiful invitation cards from basic invite, the perfect online site where you can design them your way. Which for me is very important, as I like to put my own spin on things. And there is a lot to choose from regarding the design and the colours, so everyone should be able to find and design what they like. Just check out all these graduation invitation ideas.

There are unlimited color combinations, and I believe that basic invite is one of the few websites that allows its customers infinite color combinations, with instant online previews. You can change the color of each element on a card, with over 180 different colors to pair. So the card can be precisely how you want it, down to even the smallest detail. That is amazing and so easy! You can even choose from over thirty envelope and pocket colours.
