It is always refreshing when the spring collections arrive in stores. The brighter colours and thinner materials tell us that spring is just around the corner. And spring is such a wonderful season when everything is waking up and starting to blossom.
This spring we are seeing a lot of rose prints and bright and beautiful colours, which describes spring perfectly. The Pantone Color Institute has announced that its 2020 colour of the year is a Classic Blue, a deep blue shade that is comforting and relatable. I actually love all shades of blue as blue is my favourite colour.
WHERE I SHOP
A big part of my wardrobe comes from LOFT and I have already gone through some of their collection for spring – which did not disappoint! Cute little tops with roses and flowers, pants in fun colours and beautiful dresses. Everything I am wearing in these photos is actually from LOFT.

BLACK AND WHITE
I´m also very happy to see black and white combos, it doesn´t get more classy than that. For me a black and white or a blue and white will always be the perfect combo.
WIDE LEG
It´s so much fun to have the cropped wide leg pants back in fashion. It is almost like wearing joggers because they are so comfy but they give you a much more classier look than the joggers if they are styled right. And they actually flatter all body types while creating a relaxed and sophisticated look. This is one of my favourite trends for spring.
THE BLACK ONES
And for a person who likes to wear black (yes that would be me) a pair of black wide cropped pants is a must for the spring/summer wardrobe.
It is so easy to dress the black wide pants up or down. Pair it with a sweater and sneakers for the day and change into a blouse and low heels for the night.
HAVE FUN
So there is a lot to choose from in the spring trends and everyone should find something they like. But like always we have to have fun with what we are wearing and not wear something just because it is trending.
What I am wearing in these photos is something I like and then there are some trends for spring 2020 that I will not wear. It is not necessarily that I don´t like it – it is more that I choose what goes with my style and what suits me.
